Paula Salazar is a Management & Program Analyst for Grants and Agreements with NRCS Utah State Office in Salt Lake City, Utah. She was born in Caracas, Venezuela and raised in Miami, FL. She started her career in 2015 as a Pathway Student Intern in Ohio and after graduating in Environmental Studies, with an Agroecology Minor from Florida International University, she started as Soil Conservationist. During her 9 years with the Agency, she has worked in 3 different States with different positions, but after completing UT-NV-AZ Tri-State Leadership Development Program, helped her identified where she wanted to go in my career and decided to join the Management & Strategy Team.

During her spare time, she is a gardener in summer, snowboarder in winter, and likes to go on adventures with her partner and two dogs.
