The scholarship program collaborates directly with Hispanic Serving Institutions to create awareness of careers as Agricultural Professionals at the US Department of Agriculture and its agencies like the Natural Resources Conservation Service. Fields such as Soil Science, Engineering, Resource Conservation, Agronomy, Biology, Anthropology among others.

Support historically underserved Spanish speaking communities with access to USDA resources where they are. The community engagement fund supports Latino Farmers with practical tools and resources for addressing their individual resource conservation need, and in their language.

Support a Hispanic/Latino Agricultural Professional develop the network and skill to progress in their respective fields. From conservation training, to leadership development, Hispanics are historically underrepresented in the Federal Government, your support with assist with ensuring diversity in the leadership ranks.
