For over 30 years NOPHNRCSE has assisted the USDA-NRCS in achieving the agency’s mission of delivering program benefits and services of the highest quality to Hispanic rural and urban communities. We accomplish this by joining in recruitment, retention, development, and advancement efforts of Hispanics and anyone with a passion of partnering in the efforts of the conservation of our nation’s natural resources.
Today, more than ever, we continue with our commitment to our members and partners to identify barriers and provide the necessary tools through training and mentorship to succeed professionally and in their communities in delivering the highest quality natural resource conservation.
