Born and raised in Mayagüez, Puerto Rico. I am a lover of life, family, music, animals and coffee. I am also passionate about nature, which is why I did my degree in Agricultural Sciences and graduated as a Horticultural Agronomist. I also obtained a Master’s Degree in Environmental Health from the Faculty of Medical Sciences of the University of PR. I have been loving what I do for a living for the past 28 years. I have also been very fortunate to be a part of public service for so many years. Both for having worked with the Puerto Rico Department of Agriculture for 13 years, and with the United States Department of Agriculture for the last 9 years.
