Our mission is to motivate and mentor members for leadership roles to assist USDA-NRCS and partners in delivering natural resources conservation.
Our purpose is to assist the USDA-NRCS in the delivery of program benefits and services to the Hispanic rural/urban community by strengthening USDA-NRCS efforts in the recruitment, retention, development, and advancement of Hispanics. The goal is to assist USDA-NRCS in the technology transfer of information to the Hispanic Community.
The National Organization of Professional Hispanic Natural Resources Conservation Service Employees (NOPHNRCSE) believes in the spirit of cooperation and support to the United States Department of Agriculture – Natural Resources Conservation Service (USDA-NRCS) in achieving the Agency’s mission.
