USDA-NRCS hosted two National Hiring event in Puerto
Rico from April 23rd to April 25th. NRCS employees all over the
States worked together to make this a success event. These events took place at
University of Puerto Rico- Mayaguez Campus and the Puerto Rico Convention
Center. During the event, NRCS was able to meet and interview potential
job candidates for positions all over the United State such as Agronomist, Biologist,
Natural Resources Specialists, and Civil Engineers among other professional in
related fields. NRCS received through USAJOBS more than 400 applications and was
able to offer 45 tentative job offers.
