The purpose and goal of NOPHNRCSE is to assist NRCS in the delivery of program benefits and services to the Hispanic community. By becoming a member of NOPHNRCSE, you will be part of an organization dedicated to the stewardship of our natural resources while working with Hispanic and non-Hispanic customers in urban, suburban, and rural settings. How to Apply for Membership

A one year membership in NOPHNRCSE is only $30 a year. You can become a NOPHNRCSE member online (your dues will be paid via credit card) or by filling out a paper form and mailing it to the Chair of the Membership Committee.

Regular Membership via Payroll Deduction

If you are interested in paying your dues via payroll deduction, please download the membership application form, fill out and send to the person indicated on the form. You also need to download the Payroll Deduction form and take it to your personnel office. They are the only ones who can activate the allotment at NFC. This process is not available for employees to do from the NFC Employee Personal Page.

Lifetime Membership

Note:  Lifetime membership can only be paid by check. You cannot pay for lifetime membership dues via payroll deduction or the online form.

Lifetime Membership

New Lifetime Member Options Available

Now you can become a lifetime member and continue to support your organization for years to come.  The new payment plans make it very easy to pay the $500.00 lifetime membership fee. The payment plans are as follows:

  • 1 payment of $500.00- Due on Jan 1
  • 2 payments of $250.00- Due on Jan 1 and July 1
  • 4 payments of $125.00 – Due on Jan 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1
  • 5 payments of $100.00- Due on Jan 1, March 1, May 1, July 1, and September 1
  • 8 payments of $ 62.50 every- 45 days
  • 10 payments of $50.00- every 35 days

This is how it works:

  1. Choose the type of payment option you want from the membership form (PDF; opens in new window).
  2. The first payment has to be sent with the application form.  Payment must be made by check addressed to NOPHNRCSE.
